To further develop the growth of our warehousing activities, it has been decided to place this service in a separate BV, namely RFT Warehousing B.V.
By now, the warehousing activities have grown to almost 20% of our total revenue, which has led to the establishment of this new B.V.
The transport activities therefore lag behind at Ron Feijns Transport B.V. Together, the two B.V.s form the two operating companies as 100% subsidiaries of RFT Logistics Holding B.V.
In addition to the change of the trade name to RFT Logistics, the payment details will also change if you have goods stored in our warehouse. If this applies, we will inform you personally about it.
Ron Feijns Transport B.V. continues under the name RFT Logistics after 34 years. In 1991 Ron Feijns started his own transport company. The main destination at the time was the Lyon region, still our home base, where we go daily. Over the years, the destinations and services on offer have become more diverse.
In collaboration with Heijsterkamp Rentals from Oldenzaal, we are replacing a large number of old trailers with new Schmitz Cargobull tautliners.
